Due to the nature of the sheet music being delivered as an instant digital download (PDF), all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are available once a purchase has been completed.

License and Usage rights

Purchasing sheet music grants you a non-transferable license for personal or ensemble use. The file may not be shared, resold, uploaded publicly, or redistributed in any form.

Individual Use

Individuals may print copies for their own personal study and performance. This license does not extend to others

Ensemble/Orchestral Use

Orchestras, choirs, schools, or any other ensembles that purchase a score/parts set are granted permission to print the number of copies needed for their own members. This license is for the purchasing ensemble only and may not be transferred or shared with outside groups.

Copyright Ownership

All music and sheet music remain the intellectual property of Joshua Goodell and are protected under copyright law. Purchase of a PDF does not transfer copyright or grant any rights beyond those specified above

Performance & Recordings

Live, non-commercial performances are permitted with proper credit to the composer. For recordings, broadcasts, or commercial performances, please contact [email protected] to obtain the appropriate permissions.
